Description

LOCTITE® Spray Valve provides an effective solution for automatic spraying of non-flammable primers, accelerators and activators up to 1200 mPa·s in viscosity. The valve's high performance design ensures effective control, and the over-spray and positive valve shut-off virtually eliminates nozzle dripping. Not to be used to apply adhesives or flammable products. Included in the box: (1) LOCTITE Spray Valve, (1) fluid line assembly, (1) mounting bracket with screw, (1) hex key, (1) air line assembly, (1) seat removal tool, (1) operating manual.

For automatic spraying of low-viscosity primers, accelerators and activators

  • Air pressure and stroke adjustment allow for a wide range of spray patterns
  • Standard 1.17 mm (0.05") ID nozzle diameter provides consistent, round full-cone pattern
  • Optional 0.35 mm (0.014") and 0.7 mm (0.028") ID nozzle kits available for lower spray pattern applications
  • Can be used in stationary mounted, robotic or handheld applications
  • Most effectively controlled using LOCTITE Spray Controller (sold separately)
  • Full stainless steel body and wetted parts provide long-term performance
